ImmerSIT is a stress inoculation training system: repeated, controlled exposure to pressure builds tolerance for it. An athlete is placed inside an immersive high-pressure environment while a heart-rate chest strap streams their physiological response in real time, and a coach works from a tablet console — raising or lowering the intensity, then guiding the athlete back down. The measurement is what makes it trainable: the coach can see the athlete's stress response and the recovery as they happen, across multiple session histories.
Developed solo: two native Apple applications, a web console for coaches, and the supporting media delivery service.
